Invisible Name for PUBG & Free Fire: Step-by-Step
Published · Updated · By InvisibleChar
A blank name in the lobby turns heads — your kill feed shows an empty slot where a name should be. Both PUBG Mobile and Free Fire accept invisible Unicode characters in the rename field, but each game filters differently, so method choice matters.
What you need: a rename card (PUBG: inventory → rename card; Free Fire: diamond rename or event card). The trick itself is free.

Steps
- In the tool above, select Hangul Filler (U+3164) first — it has the best success rate in PUBG Mobile right now. For Free Fire, start with Braille Pattern Blank (U+2800).
- Set length to 1–3 characters. Longer strings get flagged more often.
- Tap Copy Invisible Text.
- Open the game → inventory → use your rename card.
- Paste the invisible text into the name field and confirm.
If it fails
The classic symptom is the name reverting to your previous name after you confirm. That means the game's filter caught that specific character. Switch methods in the tool (U+2800 ↔ U+3164) and try once more. Don't paste 20 characters hoping more is better — short strings pass filters far more reliably.
Will I get banned?
Invisible characters are plain Unicode text, not a hack or mod — you're not modifying the game. That said, games update their filters, so a method that works today can stop working after a patch. If it stops, come back and try the other method.
